Nandita Das gave her epic reaction of people’s judgements over casting Kapil Sharma in the film Zwigato.
She was asked if people mocked at her or asked her to add wit into the movie because of Kapil’s presence.
Answering onto this she said,” Actually some of them assumed that finally I’m doing a hard core commercial in comedy that’s why I had casted Kapil Sharma.”
“There were other’s who felt that I want to increase my ratings by casting Kapil Sharma as he’s commercially very successful.”
She went on saying,” People also felt that there’s going to be a different kind of magic because both of us are from different genres and are going to collaborate.”
She continued,” They were already excited that they are definitely going to watch this film to know what’s the scenario.”
She affirmed,” Hence, there were various kinds of responses. But I was clear in the fact that why I have casted him.”
